September 21, 2015 Today's session in chiropractic principles, we explored our own chiropractic philosophy as students. This was a little daunting, not going to lie. I guess a more reasonable statement would be that we tried to encompassed and evaluate what our philosophy and ideologies of chiropractic are as new students. I appreciated that our tutor explained to us that our philosophies WILL change over the course of our education and years in practice. With that said, I will keep in mind that this is all a process, one that is very dynamic and self reflective. As of right now, I still have the same ideas about my philosophy of chiropractic. One that is evidence-based, requires patient participation and is patient focused, holistic, proactive and preventative, as well as honest.
